10 ways to de-stress.
1)
BINGE (ice cream's really effective. chips too.)
2) SHOP (retail therapy anyone? :))
3) watch alot of teevee.
4) cry. wail. scream. shout. bawl your eyes out. (hey it rhymes!)
5) throw stuff around. (preferably non-breakable so you wont have to clean up after.)
6) sing at the top of your lungs - out of tune. (like how weeyong does it :D hahaha only that he's in tune thank god.)
7) talk to people who are more screwed than you. like me.
8) sex. alcohol. drugs. (i'm kidding alright)
9) bang your head on my pencil box (doesn't really work though, i've tried it.)

10) if all else fail, take a REALLLY long nap & try to sleep it off (works like a charm :D)
