23/12, Tues

gave tuition in the morn & so i missed the buffet lunch.
(which was good actually. healthier for my wallet & not-to-mention weight :D)
was supposed to meet the others for wii but by the time i went over they were done.
ate @ koba AGAIN & made alot of noise as usual. soon they'll recognise us.
talked, gushed bout yi hao :D, tried to eat my bibimbap in peace while jm tried to make me mix my egg in (), talked bout our tuition kids & came to the conclusion that we should never let eileen give our kids tuition in future [:
(then there was the inside joke bout the carrot-and-stick which showed that jm & i share a brain NOOOO)

then...grocery shopping @ cold storage!
jas, eve & me had an awesome time shopping for the FOOD which went over the budget due to coughjascough's horrible aptitude in math
in the end we bought too much alcohol & food.

headed over to anna's.
her house is very very nice, warm & christmassy [:
her whole family was super nice. we were making so much noise & being so rowdy i doubt they could fall asleep.
watched Little Nonya & started playing our drinking game.

it was hilarious. and very fun [:
rach, eve & i almost died in the first round coz of the 'No English' rule
the guys were super funny. kept trying to sabo each other which ended up backfiring.
guansen, yongqiang & zhihong drank alot. yq looked like he was sunburnt haha.
gs was quite red too but i think he was so black we couldn't really tell :D

and jm you suck man. FUN-FUL :D

i was very tame this time [:
totally behaved myself (like the good girl i am) [:
albeit one or two teeny outbursts, one of which got mk & anna's floor wet (oops sorry munkit)
the stupidest thing was that i knocked over the bottle of beer which kena-ed my very new darling camera & i didn't even flinch. if i were in my normal state of mind, i think i would have cursed/shrieked/flipped/etc.
i was more concerned about letting the people around me smell my camera than checking if my baby still worked. -.-

played the pig game which i lost horribly; not coz i'm slow OKAY.
i swear the others were damn fast.


did random things like play cards/played the chinese word game(which i gave up playing)/played the englishy game(which yq gave up) jas just stoned throughout both games haha/ helped yq win wreck his psp game :D/ate/listened to music/let munkit pretend he was a vampire LOL/etc.

was supposed to cab home at 3 in the morn
(coz i wasn't actually allowed to stay over)
but it was raining (& i fell asleep waiting for the rain to stop)
so i decided to go back @ 6 instead thus saving cabfare $$$
AND i fell asleep AGAIN. & only woke up @ 7.30am
AND i still cabbed back in the end haha coz it was pouring elephants from the sky.
stupid extra charges man. just within these 2 months alone, i managed to spend almost $100 on cabfares only omggg i die.

went home, tried not to notice that my folks were pissed, showered, ate, drank gallons of water (was super dehydrated), crashed.
alcohol screws up my system man.




24/12, Wed

was woken up by my mother @ 5+ pm (didn't get to sleep my fill of 20+ hours)
headed down to clarke quay for dinner @ Corriander Leaf






the ambience was goood. the food was sodarnfreakingawesome!
was a tad pricey but the lamb & steak especially were heavenly i tell you. drools.






strolled around, soaked in the nighttime atmosphere,



the shopkeeper's daughter [:



went for drinks @ The Crazy Elephant

drove by orchard wanting to umm immerse ourselves in the christmas mood but the SUPERHUGEMIGHTYFREAKING crowd made us change our minds.
headed to the cold storage near home to stock up on food & wine
then homesweethome to watch teevee like a loser [:
