birthdays.


i finally (and unwillingly) turned 19 last wed.
God i'm so freaking OLD.
just wanna thank everyone who, in one way or another, made it special for me [:

to the 9 of you who went on the taiwan trip & insisted on taking an '18 yr olds' photo just seconds after i turneed 19 :
i love you guys loads [: thanks for making the trip such a fun & memorable experience which i will always remember. & thanks (to jas as well) for the presents. i will use them :D
and i will blog about tw after cny i promise :P

to celestin chia & chiam QY:
thanks for planning the surprise picnic (which was no surprise at all coz i'm so clever :D) really appreciate all the things you guys did & i had loads of fun with you crazy people :D i love you celest & qy! (celest more of course [:)

to my family who never fails to make me feel special:
thanks for all the things you guys did. be it coming specially to the airport to fetch me & to wish me happy birthday, or celebrating my birthday with me even though all of you are so busy, buying that bloody ex cake for me (despite me vehemently insisting that i don't need a cake), buying me presents (yes, even The Brother haha :D)

went to Corriander Leaf again & the food was as good! ('shakingly orgasmic' as qy puts it. haha). we were like the only non-angmohs in the whole restaurant -.- felt super weird.

to the 2a/4a ppl:

thanks for sparing time from all your busy schedules to do sth special for me. thanks for the cake (& mk for smearing cream on my nose) & the embarrassing BUS GUIDE which i am supposed to bring everywhere i go. i lubzxzx all of you very muchly [:

p.s. my tutees were so cute ytd. they gave me a stuffed toy pig (which is now our class pet & is called Fatty Piggy), & a few flowers which i cant remember the name but according to them they'll bring me good luck. say AWW [:

p.p.s. i am going to pack my room now because it is a messy jungle of clothes, unpacked tw stuff, bags, books & other random shizz, & because i will be doomed if anyone visits my house & sees the state my room is in. alternatively, i might just lock up the pig sty & not let anyone in. (no prizes if you managed to guess which alternative i'll choose)

and i am such a good, fillial daughter i am gonna stay up late tonight to Shou Sui! (i only found out bout this tradition last year can you believe it -.-)
