perks of being a teacher.being a teacher kinda makes you an instant mini-celebrity.
when you walk along the corridor, or sit in the canteen, kids come up to you & go,
"MISS NG!!! HELLO!!"
(some of whom i do not recall teaching at all :P haha come on there are so many kids okay.)
sometimes when i walk pass classrooms (with teachers inside) the kids spot me & shout "hi miss ng!!!" to the chagrin of their teacher.
it's super cute.
so today, i walked into a lift (2 students & a teacher were already inside), & one of the students excitedly shouted,
"HELLO MISS NG!" & i smiled and said hello back.
and the teacher scolded the student & said,
" HELLO WHAT HELLO?! MISS NG YOUR BEST FRIEND ARH?? IT'S GOOD AFTERNOON! NOT HELLO!"
and i was trying so hard not to laugh coz i found it so ticklish. :D
anyway, the taiwan photos are up on facebook. (did not post all though. there were 500plus?)

cant blog in detail coz:
(1) i've no time
(2) i dont remember the names of half the places i've been to because
ALL THE NAMES ARE IN CHINESE.
(3) i dont remember the order in which the places were visited either. haha
despite the obvious language barrier, i had truckloads of fun during the trip. the scenery was awesome. the food was awesome.
& the company was awesomely awesome <3
